Hi, I’m Baileigh! Welcome to Wax & Yap. I created this space to prove that a wax appointment doesn’t have to be something you dread—it can actually be the highlight of your week. As a Licensed Esthetician and Wax Specialist with six years of experience, I’ve mastered the art of smooth, glowing results, but my real passion is the connection I build with every person who walks through my door. I’ve spent time in fast-paced settings that felt like a "revolving door" for clients, and I quickly realized that’s not the experience you deserve. I don’t believe in rushing you in and out. I want everyone who visits me to feel seen and heard, so I intentionally schedule enough time for you to feel pampered, relaxed, and never rushed. Trust me, I know exactly what it’s like to be on the other side of the table. I know that starting a waxing routine can feel a little intimidating, which is why I’ve made it my mission to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the second you walk in. My superpower is making you feel at ease while we chat about absolutely anything. Whether you’re a Florida native like me or an Arizona local, my suite is a 100% judgment-free zone where you can relax, be yourself, and leave feeling more confident than ever. Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: Any guest that is running late to their scheduled appointment time will be allotted a 9 minute grace period from the start of their appointment time (ex. You have an appointment at 9am, you have until 9:09 am arrive in the suite to receive your full service.) Showing up any later than the 9 minute mark will result in a no-show fee (or partial service depending on time remaining). Cancellation Policy: If there is any need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment time (ex. If you have a 9am appointment on Monday, please give me notice to cancel or reschedule by no later than 9 am the Sunday prior). Any cancellations made within that 24 hour window, will unfortunately result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment. No-Show Policy: Any Guests that No-shows their appointment, will be charged 100% of the service (ex. Not showing up at all during your scheduled appointment time, or showing up past the 9 minute grace period). Please understand these fees are charged to pay for the time slot that was taken up and materials that must be discarded.
